Well we're nearly there, a new year.  And as they say a new year, a new me.  I have decided now that I'm fast approaching my mid thirties that I'm going to start looking after myself a bit better.  So this blog and my You Tube channel will be place to track the changes.  I don't really want to loose weight as I'm very happy with the size that I am, so it's not about that.  I want to grow my hair, become fitter and stronger and eat more healthily.
